Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Driver to join our distribution team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring product is picked or put away accurately, utilizing either a stand-up reach truck or order picker.

Your work will contribute to keeping the world's transportation system moving, and the material we distribute has a global impact. You will be working with a new distribution team, building a culture of dependability and creating a culture where customers rely on you for unyielding quality.

Responsibilities
  • Meet job requirements relative to Safety, Productivity, Quality, Attendance, and team environment
  • Order picking, parts counting, wrapping products, export packing, crating, labeling, shipping and receiving, stockkeeping, cycle-counting, and housekeeping
  • Putting product away correctly and ensuring inventory accuracy
  • Utilize ORACLE and various Warehouse Management System (WMS) applications
  • Utilize various PC applications including RF picking
  • Read and interpret pick tickets, packing instructions, safety alerts, or other communications as needed
  • Read and interpret drawings and instructions for light assembly work
  • Operate various types of forklifts, and other equipment as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year experience on an Order Picker or Reach Truck
  • Knowledge of Safety procedures and practices
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule with overtime as needed
  • Reach Truck experience is extremely preferred
  • Able to learn new skills or equipment
  • Prior PC experience with ORACLE or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the customer in mind
Work Environment

The employee will normally work in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
