If you possess a passion for working with people and a positive attitude, you may be the ideal fit for this long-term opportunity.

Office Schedule:

Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (with a 30-minute lunch break)
Friday: 7:30 AM - 1:30 PM
Saturday: 7:30 AM - 1:30 PM (once a month)

Your responsibilities will primarily include assisting with patient care, charting, and managing dental instruments.

Additional tasks may involve some marketing duties and support for aesthetic procedures such as Botox and fillers.

We encourage applications from new graduates as we are committed to providing training for the right candidate.

Qualifications:
Preference will be given to candidates with certification as a Dental Assistant (or similar certifications such as Surgical Tech, Nursing Assistant, or Medical Assistant). However, we are open to training motivated individuals who demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop.

Applicants should be BLS/CPR certified, punctual, courteous, and articulate.

A commitment to on-the-job learning and growth within the practice is essential.

Preferred Skills:
Ambition and a desire for professional development are encouraged. Previous experience or interest in various dental specialties, as well as aesthetic treatments, is a plus.

Familiarity with dental software such as Open Dental, Dentrix, or Eagle Soft is beneficial.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort in direct communication with patients and colleagues are important.

Experience with X-ray/CT Scan equipment is advantageous. The ability to multitask effectively is required. Proficiency in a second language alongside English (such as Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Vietnamese, Filipino, Korean, Chinese, or Japanese) would be a significant asset.

The selected candidate will assist with patient care and perform basic office duties, including answering phones and scheduling appointments. If you believe you align with the values and needs of our practice, we welcome your application.
