About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team at Rockwell Oral and Facial Surgery. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dental team.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with patient care and charting, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
  • Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment, adhering to infection control protocols
  • Support marketing efforts, including assisting with Botox and filler patients
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Preference for a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent certification
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a strong desire to grow and develop professionally
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a calm and composed demeanor
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ambition and interest in growth, with a desire to learn and take on new challenges
  • Experience in dental specialties, Botox, and fillers
  • Familiarity with dental software, including Open Dental, Dentrix, or Eagle Soft
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to multitask effectively
