Job DescriptionThis role involves working directly with clients who have disabilities, providing personalized care and support to enhance their overall well-being. You will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, preparing meals, accompanying clients on outings, and administering medication as prescribed.
Key Responsibilities- Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and grooming as needed
- Daily Living Tasks: Assist clients with meal preparation, cleaning, and other daily tasks
- Transportation: Provide transportation for clients to medical appointments, outings, and social events
- Medication Administration: Administer medication as prescribed by clients' physicians
