We are seeking a skilled and compassionate CT Technician to join our team at LewisGale Hospital Montgomery. As a CT Technician, you will be responsible for performing all CT procedures, learning and performing MRI exams, and adhering to radiation safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform all CT procedures and learn and/or perform MRI exams
- Practice and enforce radiation safety as described in federal standards, utilizing ALARA policy
- Adhere to all appropriate hospital and regulatory policies and assist in maintaining accreditation
- Assure primary area is clean and organized
- Perform clerical and transport duties as needed
- Graduate of accredited school of Radiologic Technology
- Preferred: Successful completion of formal computer courses
