Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the community team to achieve business objectives and improve resident satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Resident Care and Services
    • Oversee the delivery of high-quality care and services to residents, including medical, social, and recreational programs.
    • Ensure that resident needs are met through effective communication and collaboration with the care team.
  • Business Development and Growth
    • Develop and implement business plans to drive revenue growth and improve market share.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including residents, families, and community partners.
  • Financial Management
    • Oversee the financial management of the community, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Ensure that financial resources are allocated effectively to support business objectives.
  • Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Master's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or business administration.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in senior living or healthcare management.
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team development and coaching.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents, families, and community partners.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations.
