We are committed to supporting the growth and development of young children with developmental delays or disabilities in the Midlands region of South Carolina.

Job Description

This role requires an Early Interventionist to provide home-based care to families with infants and toddlers. As an Early Interventionist, you will work closely with families to assess their needs and develop personalized strategies to promote the development of their children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of each child's abilities and needs
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to address each child's unique needs
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Family & Consumer Science, or a related field. A minimum of 1 year of documented experience working with children birth to six years old is also required.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary for frequent travel to families' homes. CPR, First Aid, and AED Certification (Heartsaver, Infant & Child) are preferred.

Benefits

The salary for this position is $40,000 per year, plus travel mileage reimbursement at .45 per mile up to a $565 reimbursable monthly cap. Additional benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, paid time off, and vision insurance.
