We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Road Supervisor to join our team at Transdev. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Oversight: Monitor and evaluate the performance of our transportation operators, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
  • Safety Management: Identify and mitigate potential safety risks, conducting regular spot checks and providing coaching and training to operators as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to passenger complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Compile and analyze data on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with dispatch and other team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; years of qualified job history can be substituted.
  • Experience: At least 21 years old, good to excellent driving record, and ability to pass a criminal background check, DOT physical, and drug screen.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Must possess a Class B CDL license with Passenger endorsement and no airbrakes restriction.
  • Skills and Abilities: Self-motivated, able to work independently, strong commitment to safety, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
