The Opportunity

We're seeking a Founding Customer Ambassador to spearhead our transition from founder-led sales to a scalable sales engine. You'll work closely with our CEO to build, execute, and scale our customer factory, generating traction through creative customer sourcing, activation, closing, and delight.

This role will accelerate our growth rate, and you'll play a pivotal part in shaping our sales strategy. Our small but dedicated team values self-motivation, adaptability, and a willingness to learn in our fast-paced environment.

Your Mission (Responsibilities)
  • Lead the sales process end-to-end, from qualifying customers to closing and account expansion.
  • Qualify customers by understanding their problems and identifying opportunities within our target market.
  • Prospect new customers across multiple channels and experiment with methods to source, activate, and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales milestones and targets, driving revenue growth.
  • Identify expansionary opportunities among current customers and upsell products or services.
Our Sales Profile (Environment)
  • Product-led growth: Our success is driven by product adoption and inbound interest.
  • High-velocity sales: Accounts typically close within 1-2 weeks.
  • Sales-assisted: Deals often close after minimal touchpoints, such as one call or a few messages.
What You Need to Succeed (Requirements)
  • SaaS Sales Experience: At least 2 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in startup environments, especially during early stages (Seed to Series B).
  • Leadership in Scaling Sales: Proven ability to scale sales operations from scratch, including setting up sales processes, CRM systems, and building sales teams.
  • Achievement of Significant Sales Targets: History of meeting or exceeding substantial sales targets, with the ability to close deals of varying sizes and achieve rapid sales growth.
  • Building Customer Relationships: Strong experience in developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in businesses, particularly in developer-facing products.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and execution of sales strategies, including market analysis, segmentation, and targeted outreach.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in using sales analytics and CRM tools to guide strategy and decision-making.
