About the Role

The Event Parking Attendant is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring a smooth and safe parking experience for our clients' guests. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directing Traffic: Safely and professionally direct guests and ride app drivers to the correct areas from various positions.
  • Traffic Management: Manage traffic control, and redirect vehicles to park in the appropriate areas.
  • Safety Standards: Maintain safety standards to ensure team and guests safety.
  • Guest Services: Provide information including parking locations and assist visitors in a cheerful and helpful manner.
  • Flow Control: Stand at an assigned location and wave vehicles in the desired location.
  • Site Plan Execution: Keep the flow of traffic moving smoothly and safely according to site plan.
  • Setup and Maintenance: Safely assist in set up of parking flow using cones, barricades and other equipment.
  • Cleanliness and Quality: Clean and maintain show quality standards in garages and surrounding areas, reporting any concerns with supporting details.
  • Ticketing and Payment: Issue and/or collect visitor parking tickets, match visitor ticket to parking rate schedule, collect proper payment from visitors, and distribute correct change.
