**About Conjugate Group**
We are a flexible drug development company providing consulting and contract services from IND-enabling through commercialization. Our goal is to augment our business development capabilities by engaging a clinical development professional from the industry.
**Scope & Responsibilities:**
Work with drug development companies to identify gaps in skills and/or functions.
Develop bids for functional service provider (FSP) models for select clients.
Possible oversight/project management for Conjugate Group project teams.
Attend relevant industry meetings/conferences.
**Requirements:**
8+ years of relevant biotech industry experience in clinical operations or another related drug development function, including being in a leadership position.
Enthusiasm for a commission/profit sharing incentive structure.
Minimally a bachelor's degree (BA, BS, etc.).
**Compensation/Benefits:**
Base salary with commission plan (unlimited potential).
Benefits package including 401K Safe Harbor match, medical/dental, LTD.
Unlimited PTO.
10 Paid Holidays/year.
