Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies to validate system functionality and compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement automated and manual testing processes.
  • Investigate and resolve software defects, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this expertise to drive innovation and improvement in our products and services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience and training.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in freight rail validation, with a strong background in test execution, requirements traceability, and defect reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of validation test execution, NI-LabVIEW, and Teststand development.
