Job Summary

  • This role involves supporting the Accounts Receivable Department and Billing applications, with a focus on gathering requirements for cloud customer information system (CIS) billing system customization.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to build a strong IT-Business relationship and provide insight into system capabilities to inform key decisions.
  • They will also be responsible for process improvement and reengineering, requirements elicitation, and establishing scope and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements for cloud CIS billing system customization.
  • Provide operational support and delivery of new business demand.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to build a strong IT-Business relationship.
  • Provide insight into system capabilities to inform key decisions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst supporting billing processes or software applications.
  • Knowledge of financial and accounting terminology.
  • Previous experience in the utility industry is highly desirable.
  • Above-average Excel skills are preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree is the minimum educational requirement.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum based on location and experience.
