About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all aspects of maintenance and repair at our community, The Hills at Hacienda. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and Perform Maintenance: Diagnose and perform or delegate minor and routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our properties.
  • Oversee Maintenance Staff: Oversee and inspect work performed by maintenance staff to ensure high-quality work and adherence to company standards.
  • Manage Resident Service Requests: Manage a system for handling resident service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate Maintenance Scheduling: Assist the manager in coordinating and directing the maintenance staff and scheduling of maintenance personnel.
  • Conduct Safety Meetings: Conduct regularly scheduled safety meetings to ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records regarding preventive maintenance requests and expenditures.
  • Coordinate Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate or perform equipment maintenance to ensure the upkeep of our properties.
Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor preferred.
  • Maintenance Experience: Must have maintenance experience with at least 150 units.
  • Trade Experience: Must have experience in all trades.
  • Team Player: Must be a team player with a superior customer service attitude.
  • Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Hourly Rate: $34-$36/hour DOE.
  • Monthly Bonuses: Monthly bonuses.
