Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team at Alarm. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and expediting purchase orders, performing technical duties in support of the purchasing function, and performing a variety of other duties relative to assigned area of inventory management responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and expedite purchase orders to ensure prompt delivery
  • Perform technical duties in support of the purchasing function, including preparation of purchase orders, expediting orders, and record maintenance
  • Organize, maintain, and ensure prompt delivery of office supplies and equipment
  • Assist inventory and accounting personnel with various functions related to inventory accuracy
  • Prepare and maintain various records, logs, and files related to purchasing activities and operations
Requirements
  • 3+ years of related experience and/or training
  • Knowledge and determination to create innovative ideas to help promote a positive work environment
  • Ability to work full-time hours out of our Liberty Lake, WA headquarters
