Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Manager to lead our engineering team in the delivery of electrical systems for mission-critical facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from conception to completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing engineering leadership for the functional, physical, commissioning, and project engineering disciplines, as well as being responsible for client ownership, engineering finances, and engineering meetings.

This is a technical leadership role rather than management of personnel. The successful candidate will be involved with electrical, power, and modular design, and will be expected to have a strong understanding of industrialized construction processes.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering, and a professional engineer license. They will also have a minimum of 12-15 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in design and engineering of mission-critical facilities.

The successful candidate will be expected to have a strong understanding of software such as Revit MEP, Navisworks, Bluebeam, and MS Office, as well as a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements
