Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Universal Banker to join our team at WesBanco Bank Inc. As a key member of our banking center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying sales opportunities, and performing account transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Cross-Selling: Identify sales opportunities and cross-sell the Bank's products and services to clients, meeting or exceeding defined sales goals.
  • Account Transactions: Process financial service transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and making recommendations to fulfill those needs.
  • Operational and Security Proficiency: Comply with all established Bank policies, procedures, and security measures, maintaining a high level of operational and security proficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Banking, cash handling, sales, and customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook 365, proficient computer skills, and ability to learn various Banking Software programs.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong customer service skills, ability to work in a team environment, and excellent organizational skills.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. The employee will work in an office environment, with occasional travel to surrounding areas.
