Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at Tri Pointe Homes Holdings, Inc. as a key member of our marketing department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior marketing leadership to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans.
  • Coordinate and execute events, such as grand openings, lifestyle events, and sales and marketing presentations, to showcase our new home communities.
  • Manage the creation and maintenance of visual assets, including model photography, community and model videos, and production home photography, to effectively market our homes.
  • Develop and maintain a robust media library, ensuring all visual assets are organized and easily accessible.
  • Assist in the development and execution of promotions, including coordinating with consultants on public relations, social media, and advertising efforts.
  • Ensure the New Home Gallery and model home appearance are consistently maintained to showcase our homes in the best possible light.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to create high-quality marketing materials that meet our brand standards.
  • Manage the homeowner closing gift program, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for our customers.
  • Provide support to Realtor relations, fostering strong partnerships and driving sales growth.
  • Coordinate the setup and close-down of new home galleries and model complexes, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of previous marketing experience, preferably in new homebuilding.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
  • Proactive and able to multi-task, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
