Job Title: Director of Administration

Perfect Performance Nova LLC is seeking a highly skilled and organized Director of Administration to support the execution of our vision and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective communication and administration systems to enhance efficiency
  • Create and manage program syllabi and pro-formas for baseball, lacrosse, field hockey, softball, football, and performance
  • Lead the execution of each season, including kick-off and season close virtual meetings
  • Manage coaches for all sports, including recruiting, scheduling, and communication
  • Manage and execute all training program, club team, camp, and tournament communication to participants
  • Create budgets, manage resources, and align finances to the company's strategy
  • Monitor and review budgeted financial performance benchmarks and reports to improve budgets and annual operating costs
  • Create and manage contracts with JV partners and coaches
  • Support program coaches with special operations and administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with the CEO to align goals, make improvements, strategize, and implement changes
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Confident to speak candidly, assume roles, and tasks, and report back on what happened and its impact
  • Able to make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment and own the results
  • Goal-oriented and organized leadership
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Capable in both a leadership and team-player role
  • Strong aptitude for numbers and financial reports
  • In-depth understanding of the company and its position in the industry
  • Bachelor's degree; Master's (MA or MSc) preferred
  • Working knowledge of various computer programs (experience with Google Apps for business preferred but not required)
  • Excellent analytical and time-management skills with good interpersonal skills and communication with all stakeholders
  • Able to work remotely while having the ability to meet in person as needed
