About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Services Coordinator to join our team at Splendido. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing quality patient-centered care for residents in assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing neighborhoods.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a senior living community.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Salary and Benefits
  • A salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as tuition reimbursement and extended illness benefits.
