Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in resolving complex clinical situations and provide guidance to clinical staff.
- Act as a resource for clinical staff, providing expertise and support as needed.

Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work (SW).
- Licensed by the State of New York as an LCSW.
- Knowledge of End-of-Life theory and practice.
- Five years of supervisory experience.
- Experience with Interdisciplinary Models of Care.
