Job Summary

As a Senior Customer Owner at Oracle, you will be responsible for managing complex relationships with customer sites during the entire Migration phase. This role involves tracking and coordinating all moving pieces of the Migration from start to end, and serving as the first level of escalation for the migration team.

Key Responsibilities

Manages migration services deliverables throughout the migration project, including milestones and project schedules.
Develops and maintains consistent standards for project delivery.
Reviews project proposals and confers with the implementation team, management, or account management to locate the appropriate parties to provide technical advice.
Creates and communicates status reporting for both internal and external purposes.
Manages project closure and handoff to the Account Manager and Help Desk.

Requirements

This role requires duties and tasks that are varied and complex, utilizing independent judgment. The ideal candidate will be fully competent in their area of expertise and may have project lead roles or supervise lower-level personnel. A BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to the functional area is required, along with 5 years of customer-facing, consultative work or related experience. Preferred experience includes Soarian Financials (RevElate) or Millennium Revenue Cycle knowledge.

About the Team

The Center for Excellence migration work is critical to the success of RevElate deployment to the market. The CoE team will be deploying the RevElate software to our customer base to ensure the value of the platform is achieved.
