Nurse Care Specialist

The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Scotland, SD. As a RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, and promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications
