Job Summary

The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, and implement patient care to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of residents
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
