Job Summary:

The Dining Server is a key member of our team at The Waters of Dillsboro-Ross Manor, providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents and guests. We are seeking a professional and caring individual to join our team in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide upscale, professional dining services to community residents and guests.
  • Respond to resident, guest, and team member requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Represent The Waters of Dillsboro-Ross Manor in a positive and respectful manner.
  • Engage with residents, their families, and friends to create a fun, engaging, and caring environment.
  • Serve food and beverages to residents and guests in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • At least 16 years of age.
  • Must be 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
  • No experience necessary; previous hospitality experience preferred.
  • Ability to provide excellent hospitality to seniors.
