The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with their colleagues to foster a dynamic classical Christian educational environment.

Reports to the School Administration

Required Hours: 7:30am-3:30pm

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated strong Christian faith and values, along with acknowledgment of the School's Statement of Faith and Staff Leadership Covenant.
  • Bachelor's degree in education, a bachelor's degree with a teaching certificate, or progress towards a bachelor's degree in education.
  • Familiarity with elementary educational standards and the capability to implement them effectively.
  • Proven ability to engage collaboratively with students, parents, and administration.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Must successfully complete a drug test, fingerprinting, and a level 2 background check.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the lead educator by supervising students and providing educational support and guidance.
