Reports to the School Administration
Required Hours: 7:30am-3:30pm
Qualifications
- Demonstrated strong Christian faith and values, along with acknowledgment of the School's Statement of Faith and Staff Leadership Covenant.
- Bachelor's degree in education, a bachelor's degree with a teaching certificate, or progress towards a bachelor's degree in education.
- Familiarity with elementary educational standards and the capability to implement them effectively.
- Proven ability to engage collaboratively with students, parents, and administration.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Must successfully complete a drug test, fingerprinting, and a level 2 background check.

Responsibilities
- Assist the lead educator by supervising students and providing educational support and guidance.

- Maintain daily records, monitor student progress, and intervene as necessary to support student advancement.

- Ensure a clean, safe, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Engage in all school meetings, training sessions, and orientations.
