Responsibilities- Provide Direct Patient Care: Administer medications, document patient information, and provide emotional support to residents and their families.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Assist with Daily Operations: Participate in patient admissions, transfers, and discharges, and assist with unit management as needed.
- Monitor and Report Patient Status: Track and report patients' vital signs, medical conditions, and responses to treatment.
- Document Patient Information: Accurately document patient interactions, medical history, and treatment plans.
- Experience and Education: 1 year of experience as an RN/LPN preferred; active RN/LPN license required.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
