Key Responsibilities

As a Lawn Care Application Specialist, your primary duties will include:

  • Providing lawn care services to both residential and commercial clients, including fertilization, weed control, aeration, and seeding.
  • Engaging with customers to discuss lawn care services and address any inquiries.
  • Operating a company vehicle to travel to various customer locations.
  • Completing daily route assignments efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment used in service delivery.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record, along with the ability to pass a motor vehicle record and background check.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, with potential Saturday shifts as needed.
  • A passion for outdoor work, with the ability to endure varying weather conditions and temperatures.
  • The capability to lift 50-pound bags of fertilizer and manage equipment such as rotary spreaders and spray hoses.
  • Strong navigation skills and familiarity with the service area is advantageous.
  • The ability to comprehend and adhere to regulations and procedures, including passing a state-issued pesticide examination.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
  • A consistently positive attitude.

Selected candidates will undergo a pre-employment motor vehicle record and background check.
