About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the PACU department at our Regional Medical Center in Boise. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the PACU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, including documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in patient care.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and a culture of safety and quality.
Requirements
  • A current RN license is required.
  • Multistate licenses must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days from hire.
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required.
  • Other certifications may be required as identified in the SAHS Certification Crosswalk.
