About the Role:

This is a full-time evening shift position, requiring a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • A current RN license is required.
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required.
  • ACLS and/or PALS certification may be accepted in lieu of BLS.
  • Ability to work a 12-hour evening shift, Monday through Friday, with weekend call required.
