Position Details

This part-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $16 to $19, based on your experience, along with additional bonuses and incentives. The working hours are Monday through Friday from noon to 6 PM.

Daily Responsibilities

As a part-time HVAC Dispatcher / CSR, your primary role will be to ensure that our clients receive outstanding service. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing incoming calls and dispatching service requests to technicians.
  • Scheduling appointments to optimize service delivery and technician efficiency.
  • Keeping clients informed and updated on their service requests.

Your role is crucial in coordinating our operations and ensuring that all tasks are executed smoothly. You will spend most of your time in an office environment, engaging with clients and technicians via phone and computer.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
