Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Head and Neck Surgery department at Yale New Haven Health. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a commitment to working collaboratively with the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Practice professional nursing as a registered nurse within the legal and ethical framework established by the Connecticut Nurse Practice Act, American Nurses Association Scope and Standards for Nursing Practice, ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses, and the YNHHS Professional Practice Model.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care that promote health, safety, and well-being of patients.
  • Evaluate patient outcomes and make adjustments to care plans as needed.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Licensed and currently registered nurse in the State of Connecticut.
  • 2 years Acute Care RN experience or 2 years Oncology RN required.
  • CT RN License Required, Oncology Experience Preferred, Oncology Certification Preferred, BSN Preferred.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
