Compensation Package
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:
- A salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for managing the hiring process, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting employee relations. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in conducting new hire orientations.
- Maintaining personnel files.
- Administering employee benefit programs.
- Ensuring timely government compliance in areas such as wage and hour, EEO/AA, and USCIS.
- Coordinating maintenance of personnel files.
- Providing HR support to the facility.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in an HR role.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field.
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
- Labor relations experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of employment and labor laws.
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office.
