At Solvenow Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Lead Electrical Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the design of substation projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Continuously learn and apply knowledge of departmental design guides, standards, and engineering codes to ensure compliance with Black and Veatch policies and procedures.
  • Apply quality program knowledge to ensure high-quality deliverables and compliance with quality standards.
  • Prepare complex engineering deliverables, including research, calculations, and recommendations for equipment and material selection.
  • Manage assigned budgets, schedules, and quality requirements for substation design projects.
  • Lead smaller production teams and oversee the collection, assimilation, and management of data for engineering work.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering from a recognized accredited program.
  • Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) License or EIT (Engineer in Training) in pursuit of obtaining PE License.
  • Intermediate knowledge of engineering design principles and applicable design guides and standards related to assigned engineering discipline.
Certifications

Professional registration or licensure in the designated home office country or active pursuit of such registration.
