Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status, abilities, and ongoing service needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on achieving client goals.
Psychotherapy and CounselingProvide individual, group, and family psychotherapy sessions to clients, addressing a range of mental health concerns.
Collaboration and CommunicationWork closely with emergency personnel, hospital staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
Documentation and Record-KeepingMaintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records, ensuring timely and efficient documentation of client interactions and treatment progress.
Requirements- Education and Experience
A Master's or doctoral degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, psychology, or a related mental health field is required. Clinical experience in a psychiatric or substance abuse setting is preferred.
Technical SkillsProficiency in using PCs and Microsoft Office Word & Outlook is essential, as well as the ability to navigate electronic health records.
