Marketing Assistant Opportunity

Vaco is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing incoming marketing requests and projects, following up with vendors, and managing POs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all incoming marketing requests and projects
  • Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
  • Manage POs and ensure accurate tracking of marketing expenses
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the marketing team
Requirements:
  • Over a year of marketing administrative experience
  • Experience working with an Ad or Graphic Design agency is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office suites, Excel, and Adobe suites
  • Bachelor's Degree or AA preferred
