Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and personable individual with a passion for fishing to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong connections with our customers, supporting their needs, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels.
  • Build strong connections with customers and support their needs in a professional and timely manner.
  • Deliver friendly, professional, and helpful support to all customers and assist in meeting their needs or exceeding their expectations.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Be flexible during busy times and function as part of a team.
  • Continually learn and develop skills relevant to the role.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Environment

This role functions within a professional and collaborative office setting, regularly utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, tablets, and phones for day-to-day tasks.

Physical Demands
  • Regularly required to handle objects, type on a computer, use tablets and phones, and computer software.
  • The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
  • The ability to observe details at close range.
  • Frequently required to sit in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time, in addition to occasionally moving about inside the building.
  • May require standing for prolonged periods of time and use of hands, fingers, wrists, and arms.
  • Occasionally required to stoop, bend, twist, reach, kneel, crouch, or climb.
  • Must regularly lift and/or move objects that weigh less than ten pounds.

Compensation

$18.00 per hour.

Shift Requirements

Saturday shift required.
