Position Overview:
The Senior Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the Americas Commercial Finance Team. This position is integral to the monthly and quarterly assessment of sales performance and bookings forecasts, alongside the publication of regular sales reporting and other financial analyses as required by the Commercial division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Monthly and Quarterly Forecasts, as well as the annual budget process.
  • Develop and maintain forecasting models for Bookings and Operating Expenses, driving actions to meet established targets.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial sales leaders to comprehend and anticipate the revenue implications of various initiatives.
  • Conduct Business Reviews and Reporting - Analyze performance metrics (Project wins, Bookings, Operating Expenses) and generate insightful reports, conclusions, and recommendations.
  • Establish and provide insights regarding quotas, sales objectives, KPIs, and identify areas of opportunity or concern.
  • Work in partnership with Finance and other functional teams to ensure alignment and accountability across the organization, providing the necessary analytical support to the commercial team.
  • Engage in additional ad-hoc assignments and projects that support the commercial team as needed.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Solid Business Acumen; able to articulate reasoning behind decisions and business recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Hyperion, BI, or Tableau is preferred.
  • Proactive in conducting analysis based on business needs.
