Siino & Associates LLC seeks a highly skilled Finance Director to oversee all finance functions of the organization. As a member of the leadership team, this individual will serve as critical support to the development and program teams and as a strategic thought partner to the CEO, bringing analytical and strategic thinking.

This role requires strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting/finance regulations, as well as experience in nonprofit finance and operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of fiscal leadership and financial management, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on financial planning, investment priorities, short and long-range finance goals, and financial forecasting to support organizational growth, sustainability, and impact.
  • Develop and build support for long-term financial sustainability models.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for the Board of Directors and leadership staff.
  • Ensure appropriate policies, procedures, and internal controls are maintained to safeguard organizational assets and facilitate effective financial management.
