This is an excellent chance for a dedicated and organized professional to join a great team in the construction industry. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for planning and specifications for the bid process, submitting bid paperwork, and preparing project job boards. You will work closely with project managers and assist with special projects.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare bid documents and specifications
- Submit bid paperwork and track progress
- Prepare project job boards and coordinate with project managers
- Manage project information in the system
- Assist with special projects and tasks as needed
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role or as a Bookkeeper/Office Manager
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus, but not mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Ability to learn new systems and processes
- Solid team player with a positive attitude
