We are seeking a highly skilled Master Aircraft Technician A&P to join our team at Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing complex aircraft maintenance tasks, leading a team of technicians, and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine and complex maintenance tasks on Gulfstream aircraft, including inspections, repairs, and modifications.
- Lead a team of technicians in the performance of maintenance tasks, providing guidance and oversight to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Coordinate with inspection teams to ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company policies.
- Properly identify and store customer property and equipment.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and job safety analyses (JSAs) when operating ground support equipment (GSE).
- Coordinate the movement of aircraft as required.
- Act as a mentor and assist in training new employees in maintenance procedures and company policies.
- Participate in safety management systems (SMS) and problem-solving initiatives.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 8 years of aviation maintenance experience, including 4 years of experience working on Gulfstream mid/large size aircraft.
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic Certificate required; corporate aircraft experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
