Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in a relevant field
- ASCP Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
- Minimum of 1 year of general laboratory experience or equivalent clinical laboratory training
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- ASCP certification is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate proficiency in conducting laboratory testing procedures
- Utilize laboratory equipment effectively
- Conduct and assess Quality Control in accordance with laboratory policies and procedures
- Support and participate in laboratory training initiatives
