Job Description

As a Medical Director, you will lead our team of primary care physicians in providing exceptional patient care in our outpatient clinics. Your expertise and leadership skills will be instrumental in shaping the clinical direction of our practice and ensuring that we deliver on our promise of quality care.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of primary care physicians in providing high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services
  • Mentor and coach physicians to enhance their clinical skills and leadership abilities
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A medical degree (MD or DO) and active California medical license
  • Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a primary care physician
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
