Concentra is seeking an experienced Medical Director to lead our outpatient clinics in Los Angeles, CA. As the nation's largest provider of workplace health services, we proudly own and operate over 500 clinics across the United States, offering a range of services including Occupational Medicine, Urgent Care, Physical Therapy, and specialist care.
We treat one in five work-related injuries, making us a critical partner for businesses nationwide. The Medical Director role allows physicians to apply their leadership skills while working with center staff and colleagues to provide exceptional healthcare. This unique opportunity enables physicians to blend their passion for patient care with management expertise, working for the leader in the workplace health industry.
The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for providing medical direction to our centers, ensuring high-quality patient care, and contributing to the development of our clinical programs.
**Job Summary:**
Provide medical direction to Concentra centers in Los Angeles, CA, ensuring high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of clinical programs.
Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with center staff and colleagues to achieve operational goals and objectives.
**Requirements:**
Board certification in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine.
Current licensure in California.
At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting.
