As a Home Health Aide, you will be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team providing home health aide, skilled nursing, and rehabilitative care to clients.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and toileting
  • Provide light housekeeping and laundry services
  • Assist with ambulation and transfers using mechanical lifting devices
  • Take vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration
  • Assist with medication administration
Requirements:
  • At least one year of verifiable work experience in a hospital, nursing home, community health agency, or private-duty home care case
  • Successful completion of a 75-hour Home Health Aide training course approved by BAYADA Home Health Care Clinical Standards and Leadership
  • Certification as a Home Health Aide in the state of New York
  • Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
