Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Barista/Server to join our team at Mr. West. As a key member of our caf bars, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, and latte
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a specialty coffee barista position
  • Experience in high-volume and/or guest-facing caf and/or food service preferred
  • Valid Food Handler and MAST Certification required
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
