Position Overview

All American Marine is on the lookout for a full-time CNC Machining Specialist to assist in the efficient construction of our bespoke boats. Enjoy working in a comfortable, climate-controlled workshop.

Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with weekends off.

This role offers a competitive pay range of $22-$26 per hour, based on your level of expertise.

CNC Machining Specialist - Key Responsibilities:

The CNC Machining Specialist will play a crucial role in the production of large vessels (up to 140 feet long), collaborating closely with a CNC Router Supervisor and a Production Manager throughout the boat-building process. The primary responsibility will be to operate a CNC router with precision, as well as manage material handling before and after cutting operations. This individual should possess a strong desire to learn CNC techniques and maintain a fast-paced work ethic while upholding high-quality standards.

This position adheres to established work methods and promotes safe work practices to ensure that production remains efficient and secure.
