About the Role

As a Manufacturing Operations Coordinator, you'll maintain accurate records, analyze data, and make informed decisions to optimize our production process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory levels, tracking stock and supplies to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address production bottlenecks.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Analyze data to inform strategic decisions, driving business growth and profitability.
  • Provide timely updates to management on production progress, highlighting areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, supply chain management).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
