Job Title: Bellman

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bellman to join our team at The Inn at Aspen. As a Bellman, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage and packages
  • Provide information and directions to guests, including hotel facilities and local attractions
  • Assist guests with transportation arrangements, including taxis and ride-sharing services
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Physical ability to lift and move luggage and packages
