About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Specialist to join our team at Verizon Communications, Inc. As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customers with personalized product recommendations and solutions to meet their needs.
  • Create a positive and engaging in-store experience through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by utilizing effective sales techniques and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Assist with store opening and closing duties, as well as support other Verizon stores as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest products and services.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • One or more years of work experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as additional shifts as needed.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
